No, we operate by APPOINTMENT ONLY. This means the Therapists are only in the office when there is a scheduled appointment. Walk-ins are highly discouraged.
Can anyone have a Colonic performed?
No, there are certain medical conditions that will prevent us from performing a Colonic. These are called CONTRAINDICATIONS and in some instances, will require a Physicians referral and/or prescription. Below is a list of some common Contraindications:
Aneurysm (all types)
Carcinoma of the Colon
Are you currently taking any medications that

"No Show" for Colon Hydrotherapy Appointment Policy
A "No Show" is anyone who sets an appointment and does not show for the service. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Same day cancellations are also considered a "No Show" because it does not allow time to fill the appointment slot.
You will be charged THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICES. A late arrival may cause your appointment to be cancelled and you may incur a no show fee. Cancelled services due to Contraindications will also be charged a Cancellation Fee.
Can I bring a visitor with me to my appointment?
We discourage against bringing visitors with you to your appointment. This includes small children. We offer a Spa-like, calm, and soothing atmosphere and it can be difficult to maintain this enviornment with visitors and small children. Any visitors will have to accompany you into the Colonic Room.
What days are you closed?
We are closed on Sundays. Monday thru Saturday we are open by appointment only. Operational hours are subject to change.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please only arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Can I schedule a "Same Day" appointment?
Yes, you can schedule your appointment for the same day, if an appointment slot is available.
Will I receive an appointment confirmation call?
We try to send a confirmation SMS Text Message the day before your appointment, however, non-receipt of a reminder text message does not excuse a "No Show".
Does Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonics) hurt?
You may feel some discomfort, however, we provide a heated pad to place on your stomach area if you experience any cramping.
How many Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonic) sessions do I need?
We recommend at least three (3) Colonics to start your cleanse. You can complete (1) session per week for (3) weeks and the first two sessions can be scheduled back-to-back. For optimal results, clients choose multiple sessions (6 Colonics) for a more thorough cleanse.
What type of Colon Hydrotherapy system is used for the session?
We use the Water Lily "open" system for Colon Hydrotherapy. The process consists of you laying on your back (while on the Colonic Table) and SELF-INSERTING a pencil-sized nozzle into the rectum, so filtered water (UV and Carbon Filtered) can fill the intestine. You will then push the water out using your colon muscles, flushing the colon. This process will continue for 30 minutes.
How to prepare for the Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonic) session?
If possible, drink 64oz of water the day prior to your Colonic session. Eat light (no Pork or Beef). Do not eat at all 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. After your session we recommend to continue your water intake (for a healthy digestive system, 64oz or half your body weight in ounces of water should be consumed daily). Do not eat pork, beef, or raw vegetables for the remainder of the day after your Colonic session.
How will I feel after the Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonic) session?
Since everyone is different, it difficult to predict how you will feel after your Colonic session. Some clients state they feel light & energetic, while others state they feel sluggish & tired.
What is the difference between a Colonic and Colon Hydrotherapy?
No difference: Colonics , Colon Hydrotherapy, Colon Irrigation, and high-powered enema are terms often used to describe the cleasing process.
Will Colonics Deplete My Electrolytes?
You may lose a small amount of electrolytes during a colonic. We recommend to replenish your Electrolytes by drinking a solution, such as Gatorade or Powerade. You can also replenish your electrolytes with natural fruit juices such as coconut water. Others consume herbal teas after their sessions. A study on electrolyte depletion, Effects of Colon Hydrotherapy on Serum Electrolytes John R. Collins, ND, Paul Millman, N.D., Mara Katlap, B.A, confirms there is no depletion in serum electrolytes in patients with no history of bowel pathology or other fundamental pathologies, after receiving colon hydrotherapy.
Any Possibility of Contamination From Prior Use of The Colon Hydrotherapy Equipment?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Modern colon hydrotherapy equipment utilizes pre-sterilized, disposable hoses and speculums. These disposables are used only once during a single therapy session. All equipment is cleaned and highly disinfected using hospital grade disinfectants and cleansers.
How does the Ionic Detox Footbath work?
You place your feet in a tub of pH balanced water that contains an Ionizer. The Ionizer draws the toxins from your body through the pores of the feet. The session lasts for 30 minutes. You will continue to drink water for the next few days, as your body continues to detox for up to 72 hours.
What happens if I am late for my scheduled appointment?
We highly discourage you to arrive late for your appointment. It may be necessary to re-schedule your appointment if you are late. Late arrivals will effect the next scheduled client's timely start to their session. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
